I'm not asking for penance. Repentence is to literally turn and go the other way. I think if you were repentent of what you had done here that you would not be so quick to defend your actions so thoroughly. That's all.

I didn't say I didn't forgive you. I have not been involved with discussion with you, but have seen how it has played out on the other people here. I was just making an observation from what I had witnessed.

I wasn't defending anything. I explained what was done, apologized, amnd asked for forgiveness for whatever was said to offend anyone.

Part of true repentance is confessing what has been done, which is exactly what I did next is turning away, as you stated, and not being a repeat offender, something I fully intend to faithfully carry out.

I still feel that I shouldn't be repeatedly scolded by other people for thigns God has already forgiven me of.

That would be like attending a church where, even after you had been born again, each time you went, members of the church came up to you and constantly reminded you of the past sins Gopd has already forgiven you of, let me ask you, would you care to be a member of that type of Church?

I'll say this one LAST thing in this thread to everyone, and STOP replying to any further posts (other than those of members who aren't intent on constantly reminding me that I offended some people)

Everything that happened was NOT good, some of what was said was NOT very Christ like (funny some of the things that were posted in some replies were also not very Christ like) and once again, as I have ALREADY done, I apologize (LAST ONE FOLKS, I DO NOT HAVE TO BEG!)

erin74, IF I am not, by this post, able to redeem myself in your eyes, then I am NOT going to be efffected by that in the least, because bottom line is, I answer to God, ONLY......

Hey all! I have a great idea!

Instead of us all getting our feathers ruffled over this reoccuring troll (yes, I got sucked into it again.... :( ) .........

Let's all just agree with whatever he says(in whatever name he keeps changing into) so he won't have any reason to argue.

It'll be much simpler than trying to talk sense into someone who so obviously hates our doctrine(and dare I say us also) so much.

Man, I thought you all were talking about me until ..........................................................

:sorry:

I think it's time to move on for all of us. Fatty (PE and other aliases) has apologized more than once. Prayerfully, we all learned a thing or two.

Fatty,
When you take your students to the street on the next experience, how will you decide who to share the gospel with? What's your street experience going to look like? I'd like to know. I'm just curious.

What else goes on in the classroom setting? Is it strictly bible study? THeology? How new to Christ are the students?

Feel free to pm me if you wish.

We will speak to anyone, and everyone, who will listen, and we will joyfully share the love of God through Christ Jesus with each one who will hear that message of compassion.

Our street experience will look as God determines it to be, we know not now what he has planned for us, and for those we will be honored to share the Uncompromised, Life Changing, Full Gospel message of the Cross of Jesus Christ with!

I will share with you all after we have gone, ALL that happened.

Worship, Prayer, Bible Study, Sharing, Worship, Prayer, Not neccessarily in that strict programmed order, we seek the leadership of the true teacher, the Holy Ghost.

Some are brand new in Christ, some are a little more seasoned in Christ, none of us (in My class, in these forums) have achieved that level where we do not need to learn, if we live to be very aged, even then we will all have the need to learn, if we lose the need to learn we will no longer be profitable to society......

They are ALL watching you, and they are ALL learning from your examples!

I'm glad - I would hate to think they only saw the defensive side of the wonderful people on this forum.

I pray that God may use you as a link in the chain for many in their journey to Christ. Be it the first link, the last or one in the middle somewhere. And I pray he will give you all great boldness and wisdom as you share His word with these people.

Thanks for sharing. My prayer will be for you all to learn as well from your experience on the street.

I agree the Bible is far too rich to ever think we're beyond learning.

You must be practicing sharing the Gospel. How is that going? What verses will people use? Or will you just share stories with any who will listen?
