Holy non sequiter batman.Like government agencies that don’t investigate an instance of someone most likely engaged in human trafficking. Due process isn’t supposed to hinder investigation if it is merited I always thought.

Only half of the question and you googled that! “and what it has to do with the points I made about judges who think that are above the law no matter what type of judge they are.” Care to tackle the hard part of the question?![]()
Introduction To The Federal Court System
www.justice.gov
Well, yeah. I'm doing my best to find you reputable links that you can read and absorb.Only half of the question and you googled that!
Well, that's not hard either. If a federal judge is found to have committed treason, bribery or high crimes and misdemeanors as they say then they can be impeached. I guess we can add that fact to all the others that you didn't know. It would require a lengthy investigation, the calling of witnesses and a vote of guilty by 2/3 of the Senate.“and what it has to do with the points I made about judges who think that are above the law no matter what type of judge they are.” Care to tackle the hard part of the question?
Can’t help yourself.Well, yeah. I'm doing my best to find you reputable links that you can read and absorb.
Yes I did know that but it is irrelevant to the arrested judges I was talking about. They face federal charges and possibly jail time for obstruction of justice with no need for impeachment.Well, that's not hard either. Liberal propaganda !If they rule against you, then...that's it. Your only other option is then to call in the military and set up a dictatorship.
I'm really doing my best to help you. Can’t help yourself.
Oh, come on! We're talking federal judges for heaven's sake. Not county circuit. Why aren't you following this? The people, that's you, vote for those judges. They can't be impeached. Only federal judges are impeached and only federal judges are appointed by the president.Yes I did know that but it is irrelevant to the arrested judges I was talking about. Well, unless you have another option? If you don't, and you don't want a dictatorship then you're going to have to to persuade me to include you under A. I'll do it if you like. It's your call.Liberal propaganda !
Your self perceived superiority is not helping you here. I don’t need your help!I'm really doing my best to help you.
I have talked about a lot of judges, the most recent were the two arrested. Since the topic here is about ICE arrest of a specific person, judges who break the law concerning ICE arrests is at the very least a related topic.Oh, come on! To be clear I just gave you my personal opinion about obeying judge orders that clearly are not within constitutional authority or within the bounds of law. I have also stated legislation is the most likely remedy. But the sad fact that the prevailing liberal mind set of many unqualified setting in judgment is to make their own laws. It was just my personal opinion not that of the Trump administration. I ask you to list the court orders Trump defied and your silence was deafening. Liberals in this country crying dictator, Hitler and the end of democracy have no grip of reality. If you were in this country you fit right in.Well, unless you have another option? If you don't, and you don't want a dictatorship then you're going to have to to persuade me to include you under A. I'll do it if you like. It's your call.
You don't understand the difference between district and federal. I can't help you anymore. I enjoy some of these discussions because it gives me an insight into the minds of those who support Trump. That's it. I've got what I wanted from this. My apologies if you didn't. Have a nice evening. Or a nice whatever-time-it-is-there (it's beer o'clock here).I have talked about a lot of judges, the most recent were the two arrested. Avoidance of a reply. I am referring to a traffic stop of Abrego Garcia in reply to other posters. If there is a miscommunication, I apologize if not, then my 1st sentence is my response including to any thumbs up fans.Holy non sequiter batman.
I do, but that is not the point of any of my discussion. You can't seem to grasp that fact. You don't understand the difference between district and federal.
Didn't ask for and don't need any so called help from a liberal mindset.I can't help you anymore.
You do realize that works both ways! In my country it has been my experience that most liberals have a unhealthy superiority complex, but it is the liberal run states and cities that are falling apart at the seams and losing residents, higher taxes, rampant crime , protecting criminals and terrorist but all of the self proclaimed intelligence is not working as intended. I am content to live in a conservative state and daily enjoy my conservative exitence.I enjoy some of these discussions because it gives me an insight into the minds of those who support Trump.
Great glad to be of help! That's it. I've got what I wanted from this.
No apology needed, liberals and conservatives have nothing in common and will almost never agree on much of anything. My apologies if you didn't.
You do the same enjoy your beer and your liberal paradise. I am sure I can entertain you again somewhere down the road.Have a nice evening. Or a nice whatever-time-it-is-there (it's beer o'clock here).
Just going to note that pointing out to your interlocutor that he doesn't appear to know the basics about the subject he is discussing is not a superiority complex. And I'm pretty sure that being well informed is not unhealthy...In my country it has been my experience that most liberals have a unhealthy superiority complex...
You've never failed so far, so that's something you probably have correct.I am sure I can entertain you again somewhere down the road.
I am confident I am far more informed about the happenings in my own country than you. Tell me again how much smarter you are.Just going to note that pointing out to your interlocutor that he doesn't appear to know the basics about the subject he is discussing is not a superiority complex. And I'm pretty that being well informed is not unhealthy...
People will make up their own minds about both of those points on the basis of what I post. It's not my place to say.I am confident I am far more informed about the happenings in my own country than you. Tell me again how much smarter you are.
I think there is something I'm missing so I apologize as well.Avoidance of a reply. I am referring to a traffic stop of Abrego Garcia in reply to other posters. If there is a miscommunication, I apologize if not, then my 1st sentence is my response including to any thumbs up fans.
The situation of Garcia;

Deported alleged MS-13 gangbanger Kilmar Abrego Garcia was driving convicted smuggler’s car during Tennessee traffic stop
The vehicle’s owner, Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 18 months in prison in 2020 for smuggling other illegal migrants from Mexico, El Salvador and Honduras.nypost.com
Yes,Does that clarify what I was trying to communicate?
