Well, that's not hard either. If a federal judge is found to have committed treason, bribery or high crimes and misdemeanors as they say then they can be impeached. I guess we can add that fact to all the others that you didn't know. It would require a lengthy investigation, the calling of witnesses and a vote of guilty by 2/3 of the Senate.

It has never happened as the result of a case ruling. And even some Republican Senators are against invoking impeachment as a result of a judicial finding. So guess what...it ain't going to happen.

Even if it did, the judicial decision would stand until the Senate decided that the judge was guilty. Of whatever charge someone thinks they'd like to bring. So you still have to abide by that judicial decision. If you don't like it, then impeachment is a non starter. So gee, I wonder what you could do? Well, and this is off the top of my head, you could appeal the ruling. You could kick it upstairs and eventually the SC will call it.

If they rule against you, then...that's it. Your only other option is then to call in the military and set up a dictatorship.

To be clear I just gave you my personal opinion about obeying judge orders that clearly are not within constitutional authority or within the bounds of law. I have also stated legislation is the most likely remedy. But the sad fact that the prevailing liberal mind set of many unqualified setting in judgment is to make their own laws. It was just my personal opinion not that of the Trump administration. I ask you to list the court orders Trump defied and your silence was deafening. Liberals in this country crying dictator, Hitler and the end of democracy have no grip of reality. If you were in this country you fit right in.

In my country it has been my experience that most liberals have a unhealthy superiority complex, but it is the liberal run states and cities that are falling apart at the seams and losing residents, higher taxes, rampant crime , protecting criminals and terrorist but all of the self proclaimed intelligence is not working as intended. I am content to live in a conservative state and daily enjoy my conservative exitence.

I think there is something I'm missing so I apologize as well.

The entirety of my point is that the deportation of Garcia was against a judges order and was illegal. Nothing about the man is relevant to that fact. We do not only enforce the law for people that we like because that is not the way the law works. The law must be enforced the same for everyone regardless of whom they are and how they have acted in the past.
