I went 10 days without si ..and last nite ..i just got so angry with myself and i dont even know why ..but i cut ..ill have upset ppl i know *sigh* i wish life was easier. 10 days is a long time for me ..longest it's gone since before november i think ..and its all just been wasted again

Slips happen, all you can do is pick yourself up and try again.
One day, you'll go 11, 12 and even longer, but like a baby learning to walk, it may take a bit of time.

If that's the longest you've gone since november then you should pat yourself on the back.

Your friends shouldn't be upset with you. That is misunderstanding self-injury.

Take a deep breath and challenge yourself to go longer next time. Remember that His mercies are new every morning.

10 days is awesome!! good job, if you can do it again! It is hard I know, but lets aim for 15 days next time, I know you can do it!

I agree with the others - I am encouraged by hearing you made it 10 days! In my own struggles, I had many times where I couldn't even make it a day. But then one day, you find that you've made it 11 days, and that's a victory worth celebrating!

Remember, though, this is a one day at a time mindset. Each day, just talk with Jesus about making it through that day. That's all that will matter in the end. And don't forget to keep us up to date with your victories.

Don't view it as a failure ... view it as an accomplishment - you made 10 days, which is more than some of us can do at this point in time. It's a slippery slope to improvement but you are doing fantastically so far.
