Do you decorate your home for Christmas the day right after Thanksgiving?

No, not usually. This year, both my daughter and I had to work that day, and since she wanted to buy a new Christmas tree (our old one looked like Charlie Browns tree!) we had to wait til this week! Now, the new tree sits in the living room, and the box of decortions is still sitting next to it!!

What is your favorite Holiday tradition and why?

The only holiday tradition we have is opening presents at my mom's house on Christmas Eve. We have a lite supper, then dig in to packages! We are still trying to get used to an empty place, since my dad passed away last year on Thanksgiving, but my sister is coming home for Christmas this year, so it will be a little better.

my favorite meal to fix for myself, I guess would be fried chicken!!! It was one of the first things I ever learned to cook! I make fried chicken, smashed taters, gravy, corn, and biscuits! (lol! not very carb friendly! but great comfort food!!! )

My favorite type of animal is a cat. I can't give a why, it has just always been.

If you knew today was your last day on earth, what would you do?

Make sure I spent it with the ones I loved the most, my mom and my children! Not doing anything in particular, just being together.
