I have two flower beds, and one tomato bush. In the front bed I have two rose bushes, some vincas, and some gladiola. In the one in front of the deck, I have mini roses, hydranga, and moss rose. I also have several mini roses in pots.

You should be named "Woman of the Roses"....Question. I grow almost everything but roses. My sister said there is one you don't need to worry about wrapping the the winter, and not much for maintenance. She has it, and the roses are small and red, It's kinda a short wide bush. Know what it is?

Her contractor bought it for them, and she can't remember the name.

I have never wrapped my roses. But it really doesn't get exceptionally cold here. They always come back in the spring. Is it a climber? Dark read? I used to have a Don Juan. They have really dark read blooms.

Well, she doesn't have a trellis or anything. I'll ask her if that rings a bell though. We get really cold (northern US, just a couple hour to Canada)...so it may be something grown just for this region. Thanks though!

I have actually thought about this, and I would really like to be a speech and hearing therapist or a registered dietition. I just never actually did it!
