If all this hasn't been mentioned...how long did you go without drinking?
I had considered this could happen and we just forget to drink, but I guess I assumed our body would let us know before things got out of hand, so unless you're certain you went some time without drinking, I might at least consider it could be something else.
If it's all you have, Google can be a very good friend.
I used to not drink enough water, but a year or so ago I ordered an at the time, $5 thermos for my bike off ebay, worked great, but a seemingly insignificant thing. I actually got addicted to drinking ice cold whatever, even water and still am, well over a year later. Very odd but it could help some of you...IDK.
Trust me, getting up 4 to 5 times per night, I know I'm getting enough water now.
But please be sure it is a dehydration issue.
