I need some help....

Ok so in my school im starting this kind of after school thing for the kids in my school, and well ive decided that i really want to have activites to do to keep the people busy. So to help with ideas i thought i would come hear and get some fresh minds on this project. I would be truly greatful if any one helped with like winter activites i could do outside or inside it doesnt matter.
