I need prayer, please

Thank you for your encouragement and optimism. I don’t have a pastor, or a church, so I’ve been kind of fellowshipping in digital communities, but it has felt hollow. There are folks on YouTube full of valuable information, though, who tend to give edifying words.

Hello again The Quiet In Christ, this is a tough time (obviously) to find either a pastor or a church, but it is very important for you to do so (IMHO) when it becomes possible to do so again. God never intended for His children to attempt to live in this world w/o each other. You need us, and we need you too .. e.g. 1 Corinthians 12:12-31.

In the meantime, you may find these links useful if you are looking for excellent, online Christian teaching. Most of these are short (under 30 min) as they are meant to fit within a 30 min radio broadcast time slot, but Elisabeth Elliot's are the very shortest, coming in at just over 12 min (as her broadcasts are meant to fill a 15 min time slot on the radio). Most have archives as well, so that you can hear a sermon or lecture on the topic you are studying if you'd like to. Enjoy

Well you can always get alone someplace, I sometimes like to go out into creation and have found Him to meet me there more than once. But even in your room for instance, set up a place for prayer where nobody bothers you and pour your heart out to the Lord. Tell Him you feel ill equipped, tell Him you need His strength in all times but especially in this time. Turn your family members issues over to Him and tell Him to show you when the time is right that either you speak to this person or that they by divine appointment happen to meet someone else who speaks to them about Jesus Christ. These things can and do happen but you must trust in the Lord. regardless what it looks like just tell Him you are trusting in Him.

I believe we are living in a time where people are being tested during this virus outbreak. We are either for God and all in with Him or we falter. Make your choice today, He's waiting for you, believe His promises and trust Him with all your heart mind and soul, then tell Him that. Lets see what happens out of that !! He can take the worst looking scenarios and turn them around for good. But you have to believe it. Amen ? Amen
