I'm the same way..outside of work and besides my online gaming buddies and a few people on here I keep to myself a fair bit. It's always good though to have some kind of encouragement and goals to work towards

Yeah, I love to chat. The ability to kinda died once Yahoo shut down it's chat rooms. We shouldn't worry about friends though. The Bible says not to have too many. I'm friendly pm style if any of you need to talk to someone.

Try being more active like doing volunteer work and joining church groups. There are tons of things going on in the church and volunteer world that allows for the opportunity to meet spiritual people who would make good friends.

I know, in this modern online age we tend to get trapped behind our computers. . But there is a world out there full of interesting people and things

I"am also shy and silent. I moved to the midwest a year ago, I do not have any friends. The town where I"am at has old people.
