On another forum I want to post a story, the forum is based around Pokemon (No, it's not the forum in my signature), and I am writing a fanfiction that is loosely based around Pokemon, but is a crossover of multiple games and TV shows. I want to tie this fanfiction in with a lesson in the Bible, but I'm not sure which lesson I want to use. Any ideas? By the way, I'm looking for a lesson that is fairly easy to tie into a story.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

When I think of Pokemon, I think of loyalty and friendships as well as fighting skills. Maybe something along the lines of David's friendship with Jonathan would work out.

Well, I already decided. I see now that I didn't fully explain this in my original post, but I am going to write it with a Bible lesson subtly shown in the story, but explained in the very last chapter.
Also, I don't think I fully explained the subject. Some of the main characters are Pokemon, which is stated when they are first introduced, but other than that (and the fact that they occasionally use moves) there is nothing showing they really are pokemon. I've even debated turning them into an alien species (I haven't released the first chapter yet). There is almost no mention of the Pokemon world, and it is a crossover fic, as in there are other games or shows included, such as Pikmin and Super Smash Bros.
Finally, I have already chosen what I want to do. I'm going to write it, subtly teaching the Gospel within it.
