I need help to become Christian

I'm Isabella from SouthWales and I'm 16.
I want to become a Christian, and I'm trying, but I need some help.
There is next to no churches here, and through different schools and various places I've been I've never met a Christian to talk to. I do not know of any churches I can go to, and I have looked, what can I do? Am I supposed to pray to Jesus, or God? I do not know what to do to become. Any help?

1.) Praying = conversation....so just have a conversation with Jesus/God...God = title(father) and Jesus(son and God on earth) is his name...they're the same so it doesn't matter.

2.) Ask God to bring you Christian friends in fact no titles! Ask God to bring you someone who has a RELATIONSHIP with him, so they can help you grow.

3.) Wait for God....**VERY IMPORTANT!

4.) Thank God everyday because you don't have to so anything. God will lead the people to you and you to the right church without you knowing it.
