I need a sign...

I asked God for a spiritual sign as a direction a while ago, it was presented to me in a very weird manner and wasn't truly clear to me... I really could not tell if this "sign" was not just a coincidence, because looking at it now it could very well be.

I'm not exactly sure how praying works, but I ask of you to pray to God for him to give me more direction, something a little more clear.

Sorry if I'm being vague on the subject, but it's somewhat personal and I'm sure God knows what it is about.

Awesome LORD, Your word says "so i say to you: ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. for everyone who asks recieves; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened." (Luke 11:9-10) i ask in Your holy name that You would continue to speak to my brother. that when You provide him with direction, You would also see fit to bless him with open eyes to see, an open heart to understand, willing hands to do Your work and steady feet to move the way in which You direct Him. i ask all of this in Your precious and holy name, amen.
