CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
Punk rock?? hmm.. Have u listened to Kutless before? NOt sure if they are in the Punk category.. But i really like their music... Highly Recommended....

I'm an avid MxPx fan. If you like Slick Shoes you can't really hold back on MxPx. Slick Shoes and MxPx are like brother bands basically. They taught eachother how to be punk.

Yea. Don't waste your time with the pop-punk ****. I would add One-21...The Kick(who are actually Rock and Roll), and Basically anything on Facedown Records (Stay away from T&N though).

2. Relient Ksucks. Always has always will.
3. Pillar is not punk. they are rapcore, and theysuck anyway.
4. Kutless is most certainly not punk....and they suck.
I would reccommend anything that punkxskaterx said. All those bands freakin rock!

my definition of a punk band is that if you put the cd on and listen to the first 2 seconds of every track and they all start with the same distorted chord it is punk
