I started eating 1-2 tablespoons of fish-oil everytime I was hungry like 3-4 times a day, and then vegetables and fruit the rest of the day. When I craved a little meat, I had some lean chicken only. I was hungry at times, but I kept eating vegetables and fruit, then six months later I was 13 kg lighter. I didn`t have any cheat-meals, but I liked mixing Curry with oliveoil and sour-cream and dip chicken-thighs in it, I working out as usual with weights. Added a little picture of me now 13 kg lighter
