I know that the Lord will help me,
He will see me through.
He will bring me into freedom,
break the chains which have
kept me bound.
The Lord always keeps His Word,
He will never leave me nor forsake me.
He will bring me forth in His victory,
let me walk with firm steps ahead.
The Lord is always faithful,
He loves us with an uncondtitional love.
When I have felt sad and weak,
He has always been the one who cares.
The Lord shows me tenderness,
He comforts me when I need this the most.
My tears are never gone to waste,
He sees them and has sympathy for me.
The Lord will lift me up,
and put me on the steady rock.
He will guide me with wisdom,
I won't be shaken when I am in Him.
I know that the Lord will prepare me,
and that everything happens according to His plan.
For my growth in Him,
and making me stronger in my stand in Him.
