I did see Jim Carrey in 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind', though, so my kudos go out to him for being able to do a more serious movie as well. So... he edges out Sandler, but not by much!

I havnt seen it yet, it looks awesome though and i have heard so many good things about it!!!!

Not trying to derail the thread, but you should see Eternal Sunshine. The ending is very existential, and the movie as a whole is very good.

Jim Carrey hands down, not only is he funnier but a much better actor as well. never really liked adam sandler
