It is rather poignantly coincidental, isn't it? This happens in a lot of verses in quotes. Sometimes I wonder off-hand if God arranged the common biblical punctuation and corresponding of current emoticons to intentionally cause the effect for us in the modern age, who would be viewing the winkie faces in the quotes.

The apostle Paul is giving testimony of what happened to him personally. The style of writing of it is narrative.. Moses did the same when writing the first five books of the Bible, and in particular when it came to his involvement in the events.

I feel terrible today too, but that doesn't stop me from knowing Jesus loves me.
I use that knowledge to fight the bad feelings, praise him.

I don't have bad feelings other than knowing that there are many who do not believe and I know it's a spiritual battle and I'm mad

I want to shut up the deceiver and make all see the TRUTH

I know it's GOD's WORK
I know HE's the ONE who brings the increase but I am so mad that Satan is allowed to deceive and deceived and causes confusion and sows in seeds of doubt at every turn

I want you to understand that the reason I feel terrible is because some do not believe and I know they are angry at the inflexibility of those who preach the GOSPEL
As if it is to anyone's benefit to be flexible when it comes to GOD's TRUTH!
