I dream that spaceships surrounded the Earth. I went up to the Mother Ship in a Scuttle. All the Aliens got sick and died. I took over all the ships by sending the infected creatures them. I'm getting themes of alien/foreignness, disease, and aging. I'm no Joseph, but my best guess would be along the lines of feeling cheated out of life, because of isolation during COVID-19, and desperately wanting solutions. I say this as a literary hobbyist and armchair psychologist, not a dream interpreter. Take it with a grain of salt, please.

A theory that seems pluasible to me is that dreaming is a data dump. Your brain is revisiting previous ideas, memories, experiences, anxieties, sensations, and emotions. Some of which will eventually be erased to accommodate new mental data. The article mentions that animal studies have shown that even during sleep, there is activity between the neocortex and the hippocampus. The hippocampus is involved in memory, and it may be clearing itself of older and less relevant information. Otherwise, I don't think that dreams have any particular meaning, and certainly aren't predictive of any future experience.

Personally, unless I wake up immediately, I rarely remember my dreams. Those that I do recall are mostly variations of the examination dream. I'm back in school, and I suddenly remember that I have a test coming up. But I haven't been to any of the classes, or studied any of the material. This is a very common dream among people who've been in school for some length of time. Even Freud wrote about it. I suspect it may well be the brain trying to rid itself of the anxieties associated with being a student.

Hey... It's just your mind trying to process everything... Sci-fi is a perfectly normal place to sort it.

Maybe stop worrying so much about the virus. Viruses aren't the enemy we often think of them as.

That instead of scientists using technology to design nasty weapons,

they will they will turn toward using technology in designing something

beneficial for mankind.

Did you actually get a early form of Covid back in 2020 or 2021?

I got them starting in 2019 before anyone knew what it was. I forget the first month. It may have been September of 2019. The source of that virus, I got at the Hospital while taking one of the people that I am the caregiver for.

Last night's dream:



Another Space Ship Arrived bigger then all the others combined. They sent an Emasary to my Ship.

When they saw, how I was using the ships. They joined in the Mission and taught me how to implant the Gospel into everyone. They left advisors, used one of the smaller ships to collect their dead after a Christian Service. They had been monitoring our TV Radio Broadcasts and many of them came to Jesus and learn to speak our Languages. By that time everyone involved with the mission learned to speak English. They also taught everyone how to use the defensive weapons. A select few of us in charge of each ship was taught how to use the dangerous ones because they had other species that wanted to wipe them out. They are using human names to work with us all.
