I'll be happy to debate the issue any place or time. I strongly doubt if you will raise any issues that I haven't dealt with countless times however. I'm not being haughty or proud..it just that your position is in ERROR. The scripture is quite clear in it's inflection and syntax in greek concerning this issue. I ask first that you clearly state your position to eliminate any confusion about what it is you believe.
My position on the issue is clear from these posts.
You however just jumped into the fray and shot an arrow like "The charismatic position is SO weak" without ANY scripture to back you up. THEN when I challenge you ...suddenly this isn't the proper forum!
Post a thread and send me a link to it..I may miss it otherwise.

You cannot deal with my position with scripture.Your opinion needs a english translation as a filter to stand. The original greek is very clear on the issue. I do don't blame you for backing down if you don't want to change. I suggest that you keep your opinion to yourself if you do not want it challenged. I reserve the right to defend mine anytime it is attacked.Even by an attack as weak as yours.

If my postion has been stated( And I will not read thru 40 or 50 pages to check) I don't need to post to those threads. Why try to persuade people who don't need the bible to back thier beliefs. I doubt if anyone has examined the greek syntax involved in the verses in question like I have, however.
I have NUMEROUS attic scholars that back my position. A.T Robertson being one of the foremost.

I posted my position HERE..in this thread. You confronted me with a weak and un-substantiated
attack in THIS thread. The burden to disprove my claims lies on you. Yet you seem to scurry away from the real issue. If you had an argument you would post it. I have dealt with countless people like you before. You seem to want the last word but you don't have any thing to say except aimless meanderings that are just a smokescreen to try and hide the folly of your position. You are clutching at straws by this attempted deflection.
Save all interested parties the trouble and post the response to my position...IF you have one.

I suggest you change your sig also. It holds little meaning now.You certainly don't need the scripture to back your beliefs.

Oh dear, oh dear. You just don't understand, do you? This isn't a forum for debating. You can bate me all you want, I'm not going to debate here. I never attacked your position, just the way in which you were/are arguing it. I haven't even stated what my position is, other than believing that tongues mean actual languages and not a bunch of jibbidy jibba jabba. I think that falls under the plain reason part of my sig.

I'd gladly debate you, if you went to one of the forums meant for that. Start up a thread, I'll post. If you don't want to, I really don't care.
