As Steeler offered, is there anyone you can talk to about what is going on? Sometimes talking can do a lot to help and get if off your chest. It gives you another way to remove the pain and feelings without hurting yourself.

Let it out if you feel you can. I've been utting forabout a year know. I've relapsed countless times, but i never give up tryong to stop.You've done it once but yo know it'swrong. Don't be ashamed but just try as hard as you can to not do it again. Even if yu do it again remember it may help right now but th pain inside won't go away forever. Just keep fighting and don't give up. Please feel free to talk to me anytime.
