• The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.

If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.

If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. May you be blessed today and each day.

Have you talked to your doctor about the trouble conceiving?
Hi there, i believe my former gp would have known seeing she(the doctor) already figured i had pcos. I am trying my best at the moment to take in control of this condition and increasing my fertility, but don't know if its increasing or remaining the same. I am taking femzone right now for hormonal balance and reproductive health :)

Try Lugol's iodine or nascent iodine. Every woman should get at least 13 mg iodine per day. Women with larger breasts require more. Iodine deficiency is the no. 1 cause of uterine cyst issues and breast cancer, among other ailments. I have taken up to 200 mg a day for 3 weeks for curative purposes, then around 12 to 20 mg everyday long term. The RDA of 150 mcg is a ridiculous joke.

Go on youtube and search Dr. Jorge Flechas and Dr. David Brownstein- some of the few known experts in the field. They'll tell you all about it.

Also, according to Dr. Flechas, babies born with sufficient iodine turn out very smart.;).
