Anybody else see the irony of calling the post about Schultz an ad hominem in a discussion of a video where Schultz compared Republicans to a bobble head doll and complained that they didn't have all the necessary joints in their necks?

No. However, when one of the talking points in your campaign is criticizing the incumbent president for high gas prices, as Obama and the Obamunusts did with Bush, you shouldn't whine when you're judged by the same standard.

Frankly, the prediction of gas price pundits was of dramatically increased gas prices due to executive inaction on production, his threats of higher costs for refiners, threats of higher excise taxes on gasoline, and his long-term sandbagging pipeline construction for new sources.

The government can definitely make prices go higher. Thus they have control to make prices go lower. The Presidency is in the way of making prices go lower. Therefore he's responsible.
