My friend was based at Scampton not long ago so I've been over that way a few times.

Gets so ridiculously loud with the Typhoons at times though lol.

They practice over the farm land near my house and they fly vertical, cut the engines, fall over and throttle up full. It sounds so loud and shakes the ground lol.

I love aircraft though so I think it's amazing.

I know exactly what you mean -I like to go to Coates where there is a lovely little church way out in the Lincolnshire countryside and they practise right overhead and I have to get out of the way. LOL

It's just an interior view and the 4 minute mark is when they do the break.

You just see a flash of red about 5 meters in front of the cockpit and a jet engine whiz by!
