"Do you not see all these things? I say to you, not one stone here will be left upon another, which will not be torn down." Matt. 24:2 Jesus prophesied this in 32A.D. and in 70 A.D. Jerusalem was destroyed and the Temple was as well, not one stone left on another!
Nebuchadnezzar's dream that Daniel interpreted is well know. Daniel is filled with prophecies that were fulfilled -- read all of it. The last chapter pertains to what will come soon, then it will slap you in the face when it starts to happens. It also correlates to the scenario in Revelation concerning the end times.
Psalm 22 was written by King David about 1000 B.C. It describes in detail Jesus' suffering on the cross! Jesus was said to have fulfilled hundreds of prophecies. A probability of fulfilling just eight of his prophecies results in one chance in one followed by 23 zeros. Simply, the probability or anyone fulfilling all those prophecies other than Jesus is impossible.
Rather than to get into Genesis and Exodus which are filled with fulfilled prophecies, I'll jump to current times,
the re-gathering of the Jews back to Israel.
"but - As the Lord lives, who brought up the sons of Israel from the land of the north and from all the countries where He had banished them. For I will restore them to their won land which I gave to their fathers." Jer.16:15
"Say to them , thus says the Lord GOD, -Behold, I will take the sons of Israel from among the nations where they have gone, and I will gather them from every side and bring them into their own land;" Ezek.37:21
After more than 1800 years, they came back home. The Jewish nation became a state in 1948 and they recaptured Jerusalem in 1967.
In this generation, many prophecies not yet fulfilled will come to pass.

Looks like you have a lot of studying to do. There have been many atheists who when honestly searched the scriptures to seek the truth about Jesus, found Him and were transformed into believers. You must come to him like a child in humility and put aside your preconceived notions -- otherwise, you remain blind.
