I have a plank in my eye, how would you help me remove it?

Did you ask if God wants you to keep the plank? I am not suggesting, if that plank is sin, that God desires you to sin... but if it is a weakness, perhaps it is there to work through to learn a lesson for something He desires for you to to/be in the future? Just a thought.

My answer can also be hypothetical. I don't care what your plank is (if this were literal), we all have them. But sometimes God allows them for us to work through to learn and grow. That was my main point. Be blessed.

I would lift you up in prayer and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you anything that is hindering you or has you deceived and you can't see the speck....God Bless!

Yes, it's the Spirit through the Word that must ultimately convict someone.

For me.. plank would be me.. a spec would be the them. So.. is it THEM or you? The example is.. Christ became what? He was perfect. Like were all getting in the car for a drive. We KNOW we should be sitting up front.. yet let them sit upfront And rejoice when you do.

The fact you see the plank.. or should I say spec.. is a reason to rejoice

Surely it is good to go to Jesus Christ and have your speck or plank forgiven and removed, but Jesus Christ does not want you to go to Him, He wantS you to go to His Church his Apostles and their Successors and by them, have your speck or plank removed, thus why Jesus Christ stated below:

John 2021He said therefore to them again: Peace be to you. As the Father hath sent me, I also send you. 22When he had said this, he breathed on them; and he said to them: Receive ye the Holy Ghost. 23Whose sins you shall forgive, they are forgiven them; and whose sins you shall retain, they are retained.

Jesus, did not say to his Apostles that they should come to Him but to His Apostles and their Successors. Amen Amen
