my life truly sucks in my 30's

My late 20's is when I discovered Chiropractors. It changed my life. My back is better today at age 64 than in my 20's. I admit it is more fragile now, though.

Ill soon be 31. Im not a big fan of getting older, knowing my physical skills will start to decline soon

But life is what you make it, sounds like you need to switch things up. Ask yourself in the morning what you can do to be a blessing to others
