Can you add apps to your phone? Like games, etc?

I have no clue, I did not even know you could play a game on a flip phone. How on earth can someone do that anyway?

I don't even know how to text let alone respond to one, or even how to download an app. I am not too tech savvy. But you are talking to someone who still does their dishes and laundry by hand and wishes there was a cord still attached to the home phone.

One concern you might want to have is that apps do get vetted by Google for malware. Downloading outside of the store may not have the same protection.

Does the Google store offer approved VPN"S also? I was curious whether they promoted ExpressVPN aquired by Kape Technologies seeing they are rumored to have previously been an adware and malware company.

They apparently own Cyberghost, Zenmate, and Private internet Acess along with ExpressVPN, I was just curious if the Google store offer those more exclusively, have you any idea about this?

Not a clue. I've never had a need to use a VPN other than work related. I've thought about it though for access to streaming content, but now with Tubi, I have plenty of stuff to keep me satisfied for free.

Anyone hear that you have to have a microsoft account to even be about to use a computer with this new windows 11? I had 4 work arounds to try obtaining just a local account on one but none worked so I sent the computer back. But I would love to have a spare laptop for windows 11 without the account so I have to hire a computer person to unbloat it and get around it somehow. I was trying to avoid the extra expense.

I still have a windows XP laptop, it works great but I keep it offline for other reasons, now you cannot even use the windows 11 laptop without the internet, without a work around (that works) and hasnt been patched before you get it into your hands. Thats so slimey.

I knew there was a reason i thought you were a woman in the beginning, lol. I know flip fones have text. I can't believe you do your laundry. Why don't you go to a laundromat. Haha, I do have a washer, it's a 20 year old relic but still works perfectly. And by the way I actually do my husbands things in there, men's jeans are difficut to hand wash. I just do my own clothes that way. I enjoy washing things by hand, it's relaxing to me, same with kneading dough, I find it therapuetic.

If I press the numbers the numbers and they show up on the lighted screen, but the letters are under the numbers and I don't have a clue as to what to do with it if I had to text, but I don't want to learn to do it. Too many folks look like zombies walking by each othe attached to their phones I don't want to be one of those, so I have an adversion to them.

Says it's cheaper to buy a new one. They have no idea the wonderful washers they put out back then. I don't enjoy washing by hand and surprisingly it cost much more in water usage. My games are short and sweet, mostly different forms of jigsaws
