I had a panic attack at work today - I feel very depressed now...

First of all, I usually help people out w/ SA since I've been there and overcome a lot of crap. However, during a meeting at work today, I had to read some stuff off a chart in front of everyone - and I had a panic attack. I was so embarrassed. My voice shook and I could not breathe. I got through it but I'm sure ppl were looking at me funny. I didn't bother looking around at anyone.

I feel very depressed now. I am going to do some self-hypnosis and trying to defeat this.

I just had to get this off my chest - sorry guys...

Please pray for me.

Sorry to hear this, not nice at all. Please dont beat yourself up for having a panic attack, many people experience this and Im one of these people. The problem can be overcome, its good to get help to find out the root cause of your panic attack. Ive prayed for you

I am sure you gave a great presentation..
I wouldn't like to be in your position..
People remember how you finish not how you start..
I admire your courage ..you persevered and reached the goal..
I wish I had some of your qualities..
I am in a desperate situation at the moment and it is partly due to bad luck..
The company I was working for lost a contract so I am looking for work but it is hard
