I had a great day yesterday!

I just wanted to tell someone of the great day I had yesterday. I have been visiting a Spirit-filled Methodist church for a few months with my fiance. I grew up going to a traditional Methodist church. My fiance grew up going to Pentecostal/Assembly of God churches. So we came from different styles of worship! Since we started going there I have been relunctant to really get involved with the spirited worship. The hand clapping, arm raising, smiling, happy worship. I have also been dealing with many years of depression. I decided I would finally go to the front altar when it was time. My fiance went with me and a wonderful associate pastor prayed with us and even brought a prayer team over to pray with us. My fiance started crying. I think he had been not worshiping the way he was used to since we got together. I felt like something had changed with us. Stress was lifted! The spirit fully entered into our relationship! I felt like a part of my depression is gone! Praise the Lord!
