I Finally QUIT Forever!

Hi All,

Just to let you know that at last after 15 years of smoking I have finally quit!

I AM A NON-SMOKER!

Last month (7 weeks and counting) I bought a Cd from a company called alphadynamics (I bought something else from them that worked) for £20, used it for 19 days and suddenly stopped smoking. It's marvellous! I only went on the site because the word alpha has a special significance for me. I have no need of a ciggy at all now and even thinking about it makes me want to laugh. Could I have been that stupid? Oh, yes. But never, ever again. Good luck to everybody - it can be done!

Congrats! I want to get my hands on a hypnosis cd. Just trying to figure out which is the best one. I have to find it on Ebay. Otherwise I would purchase the one you got.
