We will continue to support you with love and hope in any way that we can--- we want to see you happy and at peace. You don't have to hide from us, none of us are going to punish you (or any of your alters). I know people can be very very very mean--- but I promise you that none of us here who have been talking to you daily have the intention to be mean. Give us a little trust and continue to pray for yourself if you can.

I read this quotation from St Francis of Assisi on a calendar;

I know I should've said yes, but I was too scared and said no and hid. I wanted that so much and now today when somebody was there I refused it. I wish I wasn't scared.

You are right to say no if you want to. Next time you can say yes if you want to. You get to choose, and you cannot make the wrong choice, as long as you make it, for you.
