This might just be the final post i shall be contributing to this forum.. Why?

I'm an outcast to the existance of this life and the corruptable things of this life, wants, lusts, desires, people, money, friendships, family, churches and the endless list goes on. I hope to find many who are able to relate to my situation as i find it very difficult to fit myself into such a community.

The Great Lord Jesus has done an impressive amount of work in my life in the early 8 years of knowing him, something i could never have done in my own strength was to get rid of it everything i had. i'm so pleased that He has heard my prayers and taken away all the worldly vanity's and cares of the life i once lived.

I have now found out the Lords true meaning of "SUCCESS." Success is not what you gain in this life, it's what you give up in your life!
Didn't Jesus say: Give up your life and follow me to the end?

Meaning give up all your worldly grandure, jobs, careers, motives.. etc and follow him to the very end. For me it was simple because i asked Father to deliver me from the temptations and heartly desires of eccessive wants and the fact that my riches were nowhere to be seen of this world.

I present myself to other so called christians on the street who live carnal lives, and i'm despised or looked down upon by these people because of their ignorance, Jesus himself was a poor man and was treated 100 times worse than the poor men of today!
Jesus the Christ doesn't pay attention to anyone with with vanitys, he looks at the HEARTS of all mankind, not at what you have stored up in vaults of concrete.

Fine words and splendid buildings do not determine the standing of a church but obedience to Jesus Christ does!

Sweetie,

You have no idea how much I understand being shunned because you don't "FIT IN".

If you read my first ever post (click Read all posts by Bubblegirl then go to page 1 to see my first)you would understand my passion on this subject. Embrace the fact you are different and don't fit in because that's how God intended it. Being an outcast is easier because you can make decisions without worrying about others around you. Use this time to work on yourself! God will bring you company soon, but now is the time to think of yourself.

If you're lonely and want unconditional love now, I suggest a little dog. You'll feel their love no matter what you do. Animals are the only true unconditional love.

If you need human companionship look to your family members. They already love you!

God is listening, and so are we.

I'll post my first ever post in your PM for you.

Hugs,

S

I admire your dediction, but I am not sure that you have grasped the application of the Christian life to the full realities of daily living. It is easy to decide on an interpretation of words such as flesh, earthly desires, worldliness, dedication and embark on a life sytle that was never intended by those who wrote such words in the first place.

There have always been people who hold to some sort of ascetism as th eonly true calling, but that life was not what the New testament Christians understood as Christian comittment.

So what are you planning to do? I'm interested! :)
Thankyou Lord for bringing InTheFlames to this thread.

Good question!

I don't have any plans or intentions of doing anything in a worldly sense $$$.. The only desire i have left in this life is in fullspirit following hard after Christ
Jesus 24-7, being a doer of his written word on street corners and in
shopping malls, and glorify Him till the end through prayer and
fellowship!.

Thankyou Father for guiding bubbblegirl23 to this thread O'Lord.

Seriously, We live seperate lives, with the likeness of the same faith
in Jesus Christ.. But we all have different beliefs according to the
many things we all have done in our lives and the way we have been
conditioned. Afterall, Jesus made each and everyone of us of a
different nature for his purpose!

I find what your saying most difficult for me to follow as i don't live
for myself anymore.
It's not about what i want in my life, it's all about the way Jesus
wants me to be transformed!.. He/Jesus is the potter and we are the clay.
And if i was still to follow the incrowd today being Carnal, stupid and
self-righteous and not paying attention to the Great Messiah, i would
certainly be paving my way into eternal destruction.

All credit is given to Almighty Jesus the Christ for delivering me from
my hellbound humanistic ways.

Thankyou Jesus!

Thankyou Jesus for sending Johnnz to respond to this thread.

Sorry John, I should have opened up more in my above post about my
previous life experiences, therefore this thread would have been better
off being posted in the Testimonies column of this forum!.. I do have a
testimony which is still under going minor adjustments and should be
posted there within the coming weeks.

your troubles will start!."

Greetings b4g , and all ,

God has people in all places and in all walks of life .

Granted the more worldly the lower the percentage , but some have not waken to their true identity , as God knows them in Christ .

I'm an outcast of sorts .

I watch, and am as a sparrow alone upon the house top. <-----> Psalm 102:7

A watchman is a lonely position .

And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him. <-----> John 8:29

As long as we are not an outcast in God's eyes , it shall be well with our soul .

Whom have I in heaven but thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee. <-----> Psalm 73:25

The world needs more happily celebate believers in Jesus , to show the joy of The Lord is more than sufficient to satisfy our every need .

Sounds like you might make a good wayfaring man . ( See Isaiah Ch 35 )

Peace In The Beloved ,

I definitely hear you there on that one! Like you, I have a problem with blindly following the crowd, especially if that crowd happens to be all about "health and wealth" as major drawing points, or if it seems as though the crowd is just a glorified social club.

No, the church needs its prophetic witness to stand firm in a world that is opposed to the things of the LORD! I definitely am encouraged to know that there are others who find themselves constantly on the outside of things looking in, and who are there because God calls them to be anointed messengers and watchmen for HIS glory. Keep up the good fight, do not give up, and keep your eyes on where God would lead you.

But at the same time, do not forget to love and show mercy and understanding for those whom God has called you to reach for HIS glory!
