I can't resist, I have to say this.

Every time I read "rebuke" here, I keep thinking, "Don't you have to buke him first?"
How can you rebuke someone who has never been buked?

By the way, does anybody actually say "rebuke"? I mean, other than when they're acting in a Shakespearean play.

Now hold on a sec. You just apologized for offending someone and stopped doing what offended him. According to Zongerfield's example, you should've forgiven him for daring to be offended and continued to do what offended him.

Tulc has presented a consistent and good example as long as I have seen his posts here. He's a guy I really respect and admire.

Oh I definitely agree. I was a lurker for quite awhile, so I've been reading this forum for longer than my join date would suggest.

Hm. Again you neglect the just critique of your position. Why this persecution complex? You're not at all infallible Z. You've made mis-steps, instead of pretending to be guiltless and innocent, and praise yourself more to boot, why not apologize for what you've done wrong?

You praise yourself so much - do you pause to think that maybe others here surpass you in goodness but don't show it off?

I feel like our conversations with him are going in circles. He picks and chooses what to respond to, and just to say in advance he will probably again aritculate of her (Clirus) in a misunderstood lighting

This is very frustrating to look at. And it honestly hurts me to see someone with their head so far in the clouds they can't even see straight anymore.

All I can say is I hope the doctrine of grace means anything to our brother...

Okay, thing is Zongerfield, that you have done something to indicate that you're not a good person. I still think this might be a mistake from your part. I hope so.

Three things, actually.
1. You've continually pointed to how good you are. How you've helped Walt, how you've guided so many people to the Lord. How you've been to church, and so on. Now this could be attributed to several things. One of them, the best possible interpretation is that you can't shut up about your love for Christ. That would be great. But if that's the case, why laud yourself so much?
2. You've continually forgiven people who have not asked for forgiveness without telling them how they offended you. This - as stated - seems aloof.
3. The doozie. You support Clirus. Supporting someone who wants millions dead is not something a good person does. A good christian would profess the necessity for said person to repent. Especially if said person wants to murder all those people in the name of Christ.

See, what Clirus wants and professes is straight up blasphemy. It reminds me of demonic possession due to it's pure evil. So when you support it... Well... Can you really claim to be a good person?
How is this different from a nazi supporting Hitler's genocides claiming to be a good person because he or she went to church a lot?

Prejudice, not entirely valid. The criticism you have received has been given due to how you have acted. Not prior to knowing your position. We have tried to warn you, we have told you how we see your posts.

Yet you persist. You persistently act derisively, you persistently glorify yourself, (which is one thing Jesus criticized the pharisees for) and you consistently try to justify Clirus' position. I cannot see condemning this as prejudice Z. You've painted a clear picture of who you are. It's been pointed out that you've hurt people on here, and instead of apologizing and changing you've continued doing the precise same things. So what are we supposed to think?

But sure, in the interest of knowing you better:
Why do you defend a blasphemer?
Why do you keep talking about how righteous you are?
