Please don't bother to reply. I've found the reason at the bottom of the thread in regular black font: 'Thread Status: Not open for further replies'.

I do wish you would put this information at the top of the thread in large font, in a different colour to the black.

It would be helpful to me if you would put this CLOSED information at the top of the post and in LARGE font.

We actually can't -- the forum doesn't allow for something like that

Just make sure if you get that message again, just check the last post. If it's closed for review or something like that, a moderator will notate it so that everyone can see it.
