For a long time ...... many years... I have always thought the worst.... in general situations. Wether it be family, friends, u name it , Im thinking the worst. I have come to the conclusion that Satan WANTS me to think, speak,write, my paranoid theories...and voice them....
And I really think that I feel better because I "Let out my feelings".... but no... its not a good thing.... Today it cost me my realtionship..... with my significant other.
After all we had been through. Its so bad that we cannot work it out or get closeure........ I cried my heart out .... it was painful. But its over now... I need advice. All I can get for my future.(Without my only love I have ever had.).....

Firstly

Right - I think you know what im going to say anyway, but here goes...

You need to stop - relax and spend that time waiting on Yahuweh/God, not thinking about anything else just focusing on Him, asking for His peace. Then tell Him ALL about it. Thoughts can really run away with us, just ask Him to free you from them.

It all sounds so simple... and it is... I know you might not feel like you can get to that place, or that is something you have tried before - but please delve in and give it a go, because our God is alive, He is not a theory or myth or something far far away - He is the one who wants to heal our hurts and free us from these things, no matter how good the advice gets in here, only 1 person can help you really, and that is Yahuweh, our God.

I will pray for you too

If you want a strong body then you exercise. GOD GAVE US THAT ABILITY!!!

Some folks always think something bad is going to happen. GUESS WHAT, IT DOES!!!


There are MANY self help books out there that will put a person on the road to POSITIVE thinking.


BUT


You have to exercise!!! Like building your body it is not easy at first because you have to MAKE yourself do it.


NEGATIVE folks are not attractive!!! Folks are not drawn to them and in fact stay clear of them if they want to maintain a positive mental attitude.


NOW THIS IS THE FIRST DAY OF THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!!! ARE YOU GOING TO WASTE IT DOWN IN THE DUMPS OR ARE YOU GOING TO WORK TO GET YOURSELF OUT??? The DECISION IS YOURS TO MAKE!!!


Besides these self help books on the power of positive thinking there is a book I would definitely get if I where you:

I want to ask you, what things are you paranoid about? We live in a world where we are taught that we are in control of our own destiny. The reality of life is, we have very little control over anything, including ourselves (sometimes). Ever try controlling someone else? How much success did you have.. Probably not very much. The point is illustrated in the scripture below:

James 4:13-15

13 Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:
14 Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
15 For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.

You do not know what will happen, and have control over very little in life. This is why it is so very important to walk in a dependent relationship with Christ, who knows all, and sees all. For every situation you face, give thanks, for he has already worked it out for you! Since we do not have the infinite wisdem of God, we cannot see the otherside of the things we are gong through. Rest, and abide in him, and he won't give you more than you can bear.

I encourage you now to ask him for wisdem, and discernment, so that you may face each challenge confidently, realizing that he is in control.
