I don't see why they banned you in the first place. Big deal, you pretended to be a YEC. I'm over it, I got a good laugh out of it, now we can move on.

I have a problem with what you did, but the fact that you were honest about it and apologized- I wouldn't have a problem with you staying here.

No one really cared that you pretended to be a YEC except for the YEC's (wonder why ). I thought what you did was kinda funny, especially since everyone believed you were actually a YEC despite all the crazy things you were saying (geocentricism).

I think Dayton's crime was bad. He had no right to of been so hateful of YEC's. The YEC should be merited or discredited on their actual ideas and what their basic beliefs stand on.

The lie is akin to the KKK putting hate slogans on walls attacking the white race to discredit the black race, though what you did was not so severe.

But you did openly confess and that is a noble thing to do and the banning made an example.
But I say you should be allowed to stay and be forgiven and put this behind. I am sure you have much good to add to this forum and your absence would be considered a loss.
