My latest vision is that I saw some brown earth burning with hot lava and fire. There were spirit entities there swarming all around me like bees!

If that is not Hell, I don't know what it is. The Lake of Fire perhaps?

I have also seen GOD upon His Throne.

What you saw must be Revelation 9-the locusts from the abyss, the first woe.

last several decades, it looks like it is usually deception (on earth).
Test everything.

Yes.

A recent prophecy came from several prophets all confirming saying God would be pouring out His spirit again on all flesh again and He also said that those who refuse and cast them aside that it wouldn't be well for them.

God probably gave you confirmation for what's about to happen in the future. Glad you shared them.

This was prophesied long ago as well, by men pretending to be Godly, and they are long buried now, and forgotten.

God repeats Himself until all prophecies are fulfilled and gives reminders to His children of what's about to happen. Everyone has a different calling and spiritual gift to edify the body of Christ in many different areas.

1 Corinthians 12 in its entirety gives light on the subject.

There are a lot more false prophets, false teachers, false visions, deceptions (the whole world is deceived), and so on, as Jesus said, (Scripture),

than there is anything true on earth. (until Jesus returns anyway)

Test everything. i.e. most things don't pass the tests of Scripture,
no matter how many times Scripture is used to try to justify them.

I believe you. Both heaven and hell are real.
So prayer is essential. Ask Jesus our Lord to guide and protect you and bring you calm and peace. Trust only in Him. Keep your eyes on our Good Shepherd.
