What is meant by Congregation Specific Ethics and what does posting in threads entail ?

I notice that some include in their threads titles things like "Pentacostal/Charismatic only".

So is this for threads limiting others from posting and if it does not, what can the person who created the thread do about it if I want to chime in against their wishes other than request their thread be closed by admins ?

Is this forum for debating about ethics within a denom or debating differences between them ?

From what I gather, it's a place to debate/discuss ethics specific to a congregation, or denomination, and if people post 'Pentecostal/Charismatic only,' it's to be a debate/discussion only between those falling under that category. I could be wrong, but that's the look and feel of the place, in my opinion.

It's an area so you can discuss or debate something with a specific group.

You might for instance want to discuss something with Arminians. There is no subforum just for them and they tend to be scattered all over so you can come here, request in your post to have it limited to Arminians and away you go.

Or you can even limit it to one of the subforums groups. For instance I could come here and debate Roman Catholic doctrines and I wouldn't be out of order such as I would be in the Roman Catholic forum.

Many posts in various subforums really belong here, and I'm not sure why instead of moving them here, where they belong, many moderators simply discipline the person who made the original post when they start to debate where debate isn't allowed.
