I have fallen on some old struggles in my life. I have started smoking pot again. It was something I struggled with smoking daily in school but I was clean from it for 6.5 years. I’ve hit a bumpy patch in life and have stumbled back to using pot again. I’m pretty sad to be smoking it again as it’s not how I thought things would turn out. I’m not sure what happened in life.

You are aware of something you wish to remove from your life because it is condemning your spirit but God is greater than that! We were made to be overcomers and the perfect law of liberty will free you. Ask believing you receive power to overcome and it will be done. God loves you and attached to the vine, all things are possible! You are a child of the living God, joint heirs with Christ...only believe..

I’ve hit a bumpy patch in life and have stumbled back to using pot again.

I'm praying you find a way to smooth out all those bumpy parts of your life.

You are fortunate it is neither illegal or addictive. The pot isn't the problem. It is the issues behind it that have led you to self medicate. Don't focus on the band-aid solution. Go for the cause. All the best on your introspection

God be with you brother I had to give it up too a couple of years ago due to health, but I am 75 and it just doesn't make life better anymore. I am much better off without it and my pocket book has more money in it too. Only took five days for me to get over pot after maybe four years this last time. Get rid of anything like papers, lighters, pipes, etc ... Stay clean for Jesus give God all the glory

You have to really believe that sin ends in death, that you cannot serve sin and Christ at the same time, and that God withholds nothing good from those that walk uprightly. We have a responsibility to keep our heart with all diligence, to ponder the path of our feet, to withdraw them from evil, and to follow after that which God defines as good in His Word. You have to break your commitment to your flesh which has led to this in repentance and bow to Christ to serve Him with no conflict of interest. Until then you are in the realm of darkness and bondage to the devil's lusts. The true good news of the gospel is that through Christ's redeeming death and saving life you can be delivered from the guilt and power of sin which leads to God's wrath- if you'll cooperate with the true grace of God which He offers you. Praying for you.

Titus 2:11-14: "11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; 13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; 14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works."

I pray you will not try to stop. Remember how you got free from before. I bet it wasn't trying on your own efforts, but on turning it over to the Lord. Praying for your complete freedom and for healing and resolution of what has been stressing you out
