My hubby has an interview this morning for a really good job that would really bless our family if he gets it. Prayers appreciated. Thank you.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Thanks to each of you that prayed for him. The interview is now over and he will know by Friday if he gets the job. The interviewer has several more people to interview. It would just mean a lot for our family if he gets it.

My hubby was just told that he may find out today instead of Friday as to if he has the job or not. We are praying like crazy because with the right conditions it would mean a better position and an increase in pay. Thank you for your prayers!

Your prayers are never late...thank you for them. He got the job, but at a lower pay rate than we expected...still really, really grateful and I know this is the Lord's will!
