Husband being consumed by work

Married ladies, I've heard that men don't multitask very well and that they enjoy focusing on one thing at a time. I want to know how much "grace" you give (where do you draw the line) when your husband is consumed by a project at work and starts to neglect your relationship? How do you handle that situation?

My husband does get consumed, but he sets limits to it. Whether it be work or playing guitar, he sets a time on how much is enough and makes sure not to neglect our time together.

Define "consumed" by work, and how a relationship might be neglected.

My husband's job does not need to be brought home with him, and nor does mine. Work stays at work, and home stays at home. I like it like that.
