Hunger - When I Want More Of God

PSALM 17:14-15 NIV
O LORD , by your hand save me from such men, from men of this world whose reward is in this life. You still the hunger of those you cherish;their sons have plenty, and they store up wealth for their children. And I-in righteousness I will see your face; when I awake, I will be satisfied with seeing your likeness.

Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men, for he satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things.

God--you're my God! I can't get enough of you! I've worked up such hunger and thirst for God, traveling across dry and weary deserts. So here I am in the place of worship, eyes open, drinking in your strength and glory. In your generous love I am really living at last! My lips brim praises like fountains.

God is the one who began this good work in you, and I am certain that he won't stop before it is complete on the day that Christ Jesus returns.
