Not here. If it is taught in science classes in America, this sheds a questionable light on your education system since it isn´t by any means a scientific theory. It is a metaphysical assumption.Creationism is being taught in science classes. Only one single view of creationism, but creationism nonetheless.
For Creationism to be taught in science classes it would have to come up with a scientific theory, in the first place.
This. I think everyone except one person here gets it.
What do they teach created humanity as a species other than it being created entirely, solely, completely by naturalistic mechanisms acting on a single life form from long long ago?
This isn´t taught in school, no matter how often you repeat this claim.
Science classes teach the scientific facts. Metaphysical assumptions are neither taught nor excluded. Get over it.
Alternate to which theory? Your strawman theory (which isn´t actually taught), or evolution theory (which is being taught)?
In the latter case, none. There is no alternative scientific theory that qualifies for being taught in science classes.
Then why is the creationist viewpoint that humanity is the creation of only, solely, naturalistic mechanisms acting on a single life form from long long ago presented?
Wow! Didn't see that coming.....straight out of left field! Then why is the creationist viewpoint that humanity is the creation of only, solely, naturalistic mechanisms acting on a single life form from long long ago presented?
Several times in this thread I went to great length telling you in detail what is being taught, and what is not being taught. Try to read it and let it sink in.I ask you again, what is taught concerning the creation of humanity if not by entirely, solely naturalistic means acting on a single life form from long long ago?
This viewpoint isn´t taught, and my response won´t change even if you repeat your this question (which is loaded with a false premise) another ten times.Alternate to the viewpoint above. What viewpoint other than all of life we observe today being the creation of only, solely naturalistic mechanisms?
It's not supposed to be in any public school that I know of. Instead, they usually just teach the Theory of Evolution.

I´ve bolded it for you.If you'll just simply point out what part of the following isn't taught.
All the variety of life we observe today is the creation of only, completely, totally, solely, naturalistic mechanisms acting on a single life form from long long ago.I await.
I have addressed it plenty of times, and so did others.Oh, I realize you're not going to specifically address the issue.
I´ve bolded it for you.
Thank you.
Now, what other mechanisms are taught other than "only, completely, totally, solely, naturalistic mechanisms" ?
Any that there would be evidence for.
Are you really that thick?Thank you.
Now, what other mechanisms are taught other than "only, completely, totally, solely, naturalistic mechanisms" ?
Examples of any mechanisms which aren't naturalistic which are involved in the creation of humanity?
(Are you becoming uncomfortable, thus the non-answer?)
No, he's not. I would characterize him as stubborn. It is fairly obvious that he knows what mistakes he is making, yet he persists. Are you really that thick?
Are you really that thick?
Science deals only with the natural aspects, and consequently it mentions only those.
That´s not the same as making any positive or negative statement concerning metaphysical ideas.
