You realize that the head of the FBI is Republican, judges who ruled against him were his appointees, and negative testimony was given by his ftiends, family, staff, VP and attorneys. Additional evidence was primary sources--his speeches, texts, taxes, etc.

All the Committee did was collect information from the catastrophe of his own making.
The committee members were all hand-picked by Pelosi.

The devil seduces pro lifers with a poster child of the seven deadly sins who will fulfill their one wish while wreaking havoc and destruction everywhere else. The devil has to give them something in return...

Interesting how you think someone whose corporation has been criminally convicted of 15 years of tax fraud and who is being criminally investigated in NYS and now looked into by the IRS as "honest."

When did the buck stops here get substituted in conservative hearts with "he can murder someone in Times Square?" (The subject's own words.)
it's never been a crime to be investigated or looked into.

John 10:10

10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. The devil is in no way involved in the prolife movement! God is the creator and giver of life the devil deceives people into taking it.

He did precisely what Caesar told him to do.
Maybe, maybe not. It’s not too hard to get creative with asset/donation valuations and depreciations that can show large losses on paper. Without the audits that weren’t done, it’s hard to know whether the claimed values were legitimate or fluffed up.
Capital gains are taxed at 30% Stock options are not taxed until sold, dividends are somewhere around the 35% marks on tax also. The man's personal net worth dropped by more than a billion dollars during his Presidency and you are complaining he cited the losses on his taxes.
Long term capital gains and qualified dividends are both taxed at 15-20%.

The man lost over $1,000,000,000 during his time as President and recorded those losses on his taxes.

So glad that there are still Trump supporters to shed tears over his manipulated "losses."

I will save my tears this Christmas for the brave people of Ukraine. For the starving and desperate in limbo at the U.S. border, sexually violated teen girls, freezing infants and babies... so reminiscent of the babe in Bethlehem for whom its citizens had "no room."

For the homeless in our streets. For veterans with external and internal scars.

As Trump sits eating delicious chocolate cake in Mar a Lago on Christmas, I will let you shed your tears for him. When "We are the World" was released in the 1980's, Canadian musicians also released a beautiful song to help all those who have no incomes---in reality, not "on paper." It is called "Tears are not Enough." And especially not enough when they are wasted on the undeserving.

No, he claimed losses of that much. It remains to be seen whether those claims are substantiated or exaggerated.

The presidency has been bad for Donald Trump's finances, with his personal net worth falling from $4.5 billion to $3.1 billion over the past two years, according to the latest Forbes billionaires list.
Trump dropped 138 spots to 259 on the Forbes 400, an annual measure of the richest people in the U.S. During that same period, Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos rose to the top spot, with an estimated fortune 52 times greater than that of the president, at $160 billion.

Trump supporters aren't the ones shedding tears over the fact that his financial losses exempted him from paying federal taxes. But nice try at shifting the goalposts all the way to the other end of the field.

I suppose they don't care about Bezos' bucks because he has a more politically correct political affiliation. Bezos actually buys politicians on both sides of the aisle.

Wow! How can anyone argue with that dramatic response. Bravo.

And yet, despite the loss of over 1,000,000,000 President Trump rendered unto Ceaser 1,600,000. When he did not have to.

How amazing is that!

What amazes you is that you actually believe he lost money. As for his donation of his salary, he lived in a mansion rent free, with staff and cooks, was transported in a luxury jet, and when he went to his golf resorts he charged his bidyguards top dollar for luxury rooms, food, and even $170K for golf cart rental. All going into his pocket.
His kids were on the public till, too.
If you saw someone trying to buy cigarettes with SNAP benefits, you'd give him more condemnation.
SMH.

Forbes reported the loss. Are they lying now?

Really which of his children were on Government payroll? Answer none

Joe Biden is doing the exact same and keeping the salary

Don’t ya just hate when the boogeyman is not as bogey as you would like him to be?

Trump fought tooth and nail for six years to prevent the release of his tax returns--despite promising he'd release them--and so is Forbes clairvoyant?

His children had Secret Service protection and flew around on government jets to do Trump Organization business. Ivanka followed her dad to Asia, and when he set up tariffs on Chinese products he exempted the companies doing business with Ivanka. His "expense account" was so expensive that the Secret Service--sending Mar a Lago hundreds of thousands twice a month when Trump went home for weekends--ran out of money in August.

If you had people protecting you in your home, would you charge them $170,000 to ride in golf carts following you around to protect you from harm? Then, of course, there were Ivanka's Secret Service detail who weren't allowed to go to the bathroom inside her home. Was she afraid they'd steal her silverware?

It was so nice to just read that the Bidens visited a Children's Hospital to wish the children a Merry Christmas. So nice to see our First Family showing hospitality and generosity to others again.

and Biden's crack addicted son traveled on Air Force two with his daddy and then walked away with multi million dollar deals with at least two countries that we know of.

Who can forget how joe honored soldiers who were killed under his watch - yes sir! Showing the Biden kind of hospitality and generosity to those who died following his directions

And could have taken the $400,000 salary on top of all that, but chose not to. Oh, how greedy!

Are you sure he wished them a Merry Christmas? Joe couldn't even bring himself to mention the name of Christ in his speech about what Christmas was all about. I can't imagine him uttering the words "Merry Christmas" unless he was forced to by his teleprompter.

How did this compare to the taxes that you and your family paid?
Could you have lived the jet setting lifestyle the Trumps do on the income they claimed to have earned?
Does this affect your opinion of his honesty, character, patriotism?
Do you wonder why the IRS didn't audit his returns until 2019, when they were requested by the (newly elected Democratic majority) Ways and Means Committee?

My answers FYI: He paid less income taxes than we do, and I say that as one half of a retired couple who receives non-taxable VA disability and partially non-taxable Social Security benefits. And he certainly paid a lot less taxes than we did when we were both working.
If we had "no" income, we would be relying on our children and shelters.
My opinion of his honesty, character and patriotism were always extremely negative, so it only confirmed my accurate opinion.
I was surprised that Trump obviously directed (prohibited) the IRS Director from auditing him, probably claiming "executive privilege."

In regards to the title, I don't think "...render unto Caesar..." meant "pay your taxes." In fact, Jesus' words would probably have been undertood by the devout or Torah-observant Jews in his audience Jesus telling them NOT to pay the tribute tax to Caesar (while being understood by a the Roman or non-Torah-studied in the audience to be ambiguous).
