CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Well, you should not seek your own pleasure on the Sabbath. You should spend your time with God for it is the Lord's day. So don't think rest is sitting back and watching TV all day, no, it's not only physical rest. It's a time to spend with God.

What do you guys all think about sleeping on sabbath?
With school almost finishing now, we've been having quite a few tests! And end of year projects etc, plus, I have work. So, I've been getting to bed quite late (11-11.30pmish) and naturally I seem to wake up around 5-6am no matter what, 7 if I'm lucky. (So, I go to bed at 2, I'll wake up at 5! O__O) So I've been lacking in sleep. But on Saturday, I get so calm, I often get so sleepy I just fall asleep! O___O I'm trying to figure out whether to fight this or not.
