What should we do on the Sabbath? (other than rest)

Enjoy and celebrate the Sabbath, call it a delight Isa 58:13
Don't do your own work Ex 20:10; Duet 5:13-14
honour the Sabbath Deut 5:12

Pray and seek God for what He wants you to do. He's the best person to ask.

Matthew 12:12 - How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days. (such as healing)

Well, you should not seek your own pleasure on the Sabbath. You should spend your time with God for it is the Lord's day. So don't think rest is sitting back and watching TV all day, no, it's not only physical rest. It's a time to spend with God.

What do you guys all think about sleeping on sabbath?
With school almost finishing now, we've been having quite a few tests! And end of year projects etc, plus, I have work. So, I've been getting to bed quite late (11-11.30pmish) and naturally I seem to wake up around 5-6am no matter what, 7 if I'm lucky. (So, I go to bed at 2, I'll wake up at 5! O__O) So I've been lacking in sleep. But on Saturday, I get so calm, I often get so sleepy I just fall asleep! O___O I'm trying to figure out whether to fight this or not.

Well, rest! Sleep! But do not do it the entire Sabbath, spend some time with God.
