There is a lady at my church whose name pops into my mind quite often yet I see only in passing but never ready had the guts to talk to her. Her name pops up often in my prayers as well. I need advice on knowing what to do in this situation?

To know if someone is the one takes time. But if God is leading you to talk to her, he will give you an opportunity for an encounter (such as ending up at a same table during church event, etc.)

If she is just passing by, then I would not approach her. You can ask God to take your feelings for her away if this is not His will.

If you are really serious about her - then talk to the pastor of that church about her and tell him that you are interested in her - start from there.
