How To Forget about sins...

I just don't want to be worshipping Jesus in vain...

To have all my attempts to be worth nothing.

Hey there again yall,

After a LOT of deep thought and all of the threads posted, I can resonably conclude that I am indeed a born again christian.

I analyzed the first time I was baptized and found no critical error in either sincerety or thought during the act.

I think the reason I have struggled for so long against "sins of the flesh" is because I thought somehow I could conquer over it. That with the power of Jesus Christ, he would give me the power to control myself with perfection.

Now I think that only Jesus himself can conquer over all of my sins past, present, and future. I am now having a sort of "hands-off" approach to the whole equation.

I don't do anything that might lead to sinful behavior and I don't try to control my behavior down to the letter.

I have handed control over to Jesus Christ and I know he will steer me into the correct path in my life.

I thank you all for your kind words and suggestions about life and such. I still have OCD and doubts mind you, but I would like to think that through EVERYTHING, God has never abandoned me and has always forgiven me, no matter what craziness I concocted.

If any of you guys need help in your lives or need any help in the areas of doctrine or fellowship, I would be more that honored to help.

May God bless you all and let us all worship him in spirit and in truth.
