Jesus was not murdered on the Sabbath day.

No, they tried to murder Jesus on their sabbath day ( and later did murder Jesus who remained dead on the sabbath day until He rose the first day of the week..

Matthew 28:1 In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.

You’re slicing hairs. Gods Sabbath day is the holy day that God blessed, sanctified and made holy which is worthy of our worship over the other six days that God tells us to do “all our work and labors. Exodus 20:9

Do you think God’s will for us in heaven is different than earth? Because when Jesus comes back the Sabbath continues to be the day we will worship for eternity Isaiah 66:23 and promised by God Exodus 31:16-17

Again, we are not the ones you need to convince.
Once again, how did the Israelites in the exodus know to worship on the Sabbath?

yes the verses say, in His days the righteous flourish, so we do righteousness in our days too.
Which again does not say all days are holly, blessed and sanctified. God only said that about the seventh day. Prayerfully read Genesis 2:1-3, Exodus 20:8-11 and Isaiah 58:13

God hears not sinners, Israel knew not what they worshipped, but salvation is of the Jew, Jesus, showing us how to worship God ( who is a Spirit) in Spirit and in truth..

John 9:31 Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.

John 4:21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father.
22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.
23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

You don’t seem to want to have a discussion, and never really address any scripture I post, going round and round is not going to help anyone. Again, I am not the one you need to convince about how to keep the holy day of the Lord thy God and if its worthy of your worship.

In the days of Jesus the righteous flourish, all the days of our life to be holy..

Psalm 90:14 O satisfy us early with thy mercy; that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.

Luke 1: 74 That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve him without fear,
75 In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life.

My response to your question here...
According to Jesus the Sabbath was made for all mankind at creation *Mark 2:27; Genesis 2:1-3. So God's people have always had God's Sabbath since creation through Adam and Eve and through the spoken Words of God that are today recorded as the written Word of God that are written for our admonition. There is however not much written in the early Exodus before Exodus 16 in regards to the Sabbath. Of course for the majority of the Exodus from Exodus 16 to Exodus 40 it is a different story. So no one can argue that the Sabbath was kept or not kept during the starting of the Exodus of the Israelite's from Egypt as there is nothing recorded for or against (silence only). My understanding as a guess only would be that after Joseph's time as ruler of Egypt when the Israelite's became slaves to the Egyptians, they would have lost sight of some of Gods' laws because they were in slavery to the Egyptians. That said this is only my thoughts as the scriptures are silent in this regards. Do you agree with what I have posted here?
Your response here...
I’m just wondering if you’ll get around to answering the question.
I believe my response provided from the scriptures does indeed answer your question. If you disagree perhaps you can tell me how my response from the scriptures does not answer your question in your view? Take your time it is late my time so I will need to catch up latter.

Take Care.

Serving God in righteousness and Holiness is what we are seen to be fulfilling..

Malachi 3:18 Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.

Luke 1: 74 That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve him without fear,
75 In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life.

Only someone who goes in strife with strifeful questions, would answer strife..

Romans 13:13 Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.

1 Corinthians 3:3 For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men?

It answers a question that I didn’t ask. If I had asked how they knew about the sabbath, then your response would be adequate. But here’s the actual question I asked: How did the Israelites in the exodus know to worship on the Sabbath?

It answers that nobody knows how to worship the Father, but the ones He sought to worship Him (now), in Spirit and in truth.

John 4:23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.

The hour came of Christ dying to release to us the Spirit to worship with, which goes into us to teach us all things of the Father.

That also is how they worship what they know not, as the Son reveals to us how to know the Father..

Amos 3:7 Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

Matthew 11:27 All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.

All before Christ knew nothing then, and all before the Son were thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them..

John 10:8 All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.

1 Corinthians 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
