I've heard many conflicting views about this holiday. Some say that the holiday has pagan roots and is fully evil. Many say that if you're not celebrating evil then you're okay. Others say that Halloween is not evil because of all hallows eve. After searching through the Bible, I found a verse that may correlate to the situation: 1 Corinthians 8:4-9. What do you guys think?

I don't believe Christians should have ANYTHING to do with Halloween. There is nothing HOLY about it. It's very much an ANTI-HOLY holiday. Instead of focusing on uplifting and spiritual things, it focuses on DARK & EVIL things, and things that relate to SATAN and EVIL FORCES.

Have NOTHING to do with it.

Pretty much any holiday has Pagan roots. Christmas trees, Yule logs, Easter eggs, May poles, New Years party favors, Valentine's day cupids are all straight out of Pagan traditions

Celebrate Reformation Month, or Thanksgiving (month) instead.

Yes. Celebrating Halloween is not a good thing.

But perhaps there is another extreme to be avoided. Children growing up should not be subjected to regrets or FOMO, might turn them off the gospel when teens/ young adults. 'Alternative fun activities'- a good idea. A Christian alternative. God Bless :)
